Privacy Policy
We do not store personal information. We use your information when we charge your credit card. Once the transaction is complete, we no longer have access to your information.
Delivery Terms
We will ship any items you request within 3-5 business days, unless the item is unavailable, in which case we will notify you and refund any overpayments.
Refund Policy
Any requests for refunds will be processed upon the receipt in the HSS Executive Office of the unwanted item. Refunds for meeting registrations will be processed according to the deadlines noted on the meeting page of the HSS Web site. Registration refund requests that do not meet the specified time limits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
